This meeting of the Cultural Content Forum took place in the beautiful surroundings of the Villa Celle in Tuscany, and was supported by the Bank of Pistoia Foundation and the organising committee of the 2003 EVA Florence conference.

The meeting focussed upon issues related to understanding the needs of audiences for the digitised cultural heritage.
